there was a letter that i recall that called out parents who allow a family member to live in their home who continues to 'live a debauched life of sin' would result in a talking too by the jdub police or even a possible committee formed.. any help is appreciated if you can reference for me..thanks!.

some journalists are precise and double check whatever they are reporting.
I got a wake up call that not everything is all as kosher as it seems when I called out the NZ Prime Minister for making a clearly false statement on an emotional public issue where he would have looked like a right plonker if the truth was known. The media managed to erase my link to the site with the relevant facts so quickly that by my next refresh of the screen my comment had disappeared.
a lot of bad things are happening there lately.

i think every congregation has their group that sees everything as a sign that they are god’s chosen people.

As a born in, I knew that the early leaders had had some let downs when Jehovah hadn't shown up to fulfill some of the promises made on his behalf by the WT hierarchy, so I was never fully convinced enough to let them dunk me. That didn't stop me making some mistakes by trusting my parent's wisdom when they should have been protecting me from nutters, while not realising that they were the nut jobs they were supposed to be protecting me from.

i am working on penning my da letter and wondered if i should use it as a tool to maybe wake up individuals as the boe will have to read it.. anyone have any advice on what i should say versus what i should leave out?

All a DA letter does is tell the congregation and your family that you are to be feared and that they should avoid having conversations with you. This is exactly what the bOrg wants you to do because they want you to have no chance of influencing any of their members to think for themselves.
If you are a recruit, with no family in, go ahead and DA.
